In 2014, Arsalan Khan joined CSAIL as a young engineer. Today, after 11 years of hands-on growth at the Karot Hydropower Project, he serves as a senior manager. From early site prep to Karot Hydropower Plant's 2022 commissioning, Arsalan's career has been built on shared expertise and mentorship from Chinese colleagues. For him, "rigorous quality management" isn't just a concept; it's a practice learned in the field.
